I have been working with Kim for the most part of this year. I can honestly say when I first came to her, I was skeptical because I previously had been active, but I was getting injured frequently. In addition, I am going through multiple medical conditions with no avail, so I was not in the best state of mind when I came to Kim. Now, let’s just make this clear, when I first met Kim, I did not know what her business was. I simply introduced myself to her because I liked her energy; there was something about her that I was drawn to. Fast forward to training with her; I was challenged. I learned a lot of new things on the TRX, however, I also learned a lot about myself. I learned that I have been so unforgiving to myself, and that is not how you train, much less live. Kim has taught me to remember there are good days, and there are tough days. But every day, you have to give yourself grace. Then, by allowing yourself to receive that positivity, you are able to grow because you are grateful for every bit of growth you achieve.
That being said, Kim is a warm, loving person who will guide you through the times that you want to give up on yourself, and at the same time, make you amazing workouts that challenge both your mind and your body. I would, and do, recommend her to anyone who asks me about my fitness regimen, or anyone who is looking to grow in their physical and mental game.
